FAQS

  • We use Squarespace for its speed, agility, and reliability. It’s one of the most popular and user-friendly site builders on the web. Bonus points for it being a fully self-contained and managed platform!

  • Think of your website as your main marketing hub. LAVA offers add-on services to complement your website build to ensure multiple brand touch points all reflect your website presence. We do not offer add-on services as a stand alone option.

  • Payments can be made by credit card, check, ACH or EFT transfer. Typical billing structure is half down with the remainder due upon project completion. Automated subscription payments must be made via credit card or bank transfer.

  • Absolutely. If you’d like to cancel or pause your subscription, just reach out and we will deactivate your site and recurring payment. Your site will become offline, but can be reactivated again in the future.
